Cheshire Oak Prime Bacon Back Joint with Cauliflower Cheese
Method
- Cook the Cheshire Oak Prime Bacon Back Joint following the instructions on the label.
- Boil cauliflower with leeks, carrots and peas. When cooked 'al dente' put into a dish and sprinkle parsley over and season well.
- Make a white sauce with full cream milk and a little of the water that the bacon joint was cooked in. Pour this over the vegetables and put as much grated cheese as you like over the top.
- Put this in a hot oven with some small potatoes (cut up if necessary) to roast and serve with the bacon joint.
