Cheshire Oak Prime Bacon Back Joint with Cauliflower Cheese


  1. Cook the Cheshire Oak Prime Bacon Back Joint following the instructions on the label.
  2. Boil cauliflower with leeks, carrots and peas. When cooked 'al dente' put into a dish and sprinkle parsley over and season well.
  3. Make a white sauce with full cream milk and a little of the water that the bacon joint was cooked in. Pour this over the vegetables and put as much grated cheese as you like over the top.
  4. Put this in a hot oven with some small potatoes (cut up if necessary) to roast and serve with the bacon joint.
